Our mission is to provide the men at USD with the leadership opportunities, professional development, and social education that will make them successful during and after college. We achieve this, by involving new members in education related to executive roles in the chapter, coaching underclassmen in networking, cover letter and resume writing, and job searching techniques, and having workshops on healthy relationship building and safety training. Lastly, the Chapter, Sigma Pi Nationals, and the University of San Diego do not condone hazing of any kind, and Epsilon-Chi has set up its New Member Education Program to entail exactly what it is meant to do, EDUCATE the new members, not mistreat them.
